Part 2 - 21 blogs about yoga and lifestyle - FindeDeinYoga.org

In the second part of our series of German-language yoga and lifestyle blogs in 2017, we are introducing you to numbers 8 to 14 today. We embark on a journey to the planet of happiness and through the yoga kingdom. Let's go.

# 8 Quite wonderful

Melanie writes on her yoga and lifestyle blog magazine about yoga and yoga trips and a healthy lifestyle, which also includes mindfulness, Ayurveda and a healthy diet. Melanie has been doing Ashtanga yoga for 12 years and wants to convince as many people as possible about the positive aspects of yoga in a world that seems to be getting faster and louder. Please take a look at her.

# 9 Lucky Planet

On Silja's happiness planet there are articles on psychology and yoga, plant-based nutrition and coaching. She wants to help people achieve their own goals or overcome crises. As a yoga teacher, she presents her favorite exercises and helps develop a daily yoga routine.

# 10 Asana Yoga

At first glance, this blog seems unstructured and wildly thrown together (sorry Robin). But if you put that aside, he provides extensive and exciting information about yoga. The articles on spirituality, such as the withdrawal of the senses “Pratyahara,” are particularly well-structured and very informative. On most websites, yoga usually begins and ends with the asanas - it's nice that asana yoga continues there.

#11 Wild Family

The wild family blog is all about outdoor lifestyle, yoga and baby. Kate from Munich, for example, writes about how yoga helped her during childbirth. In the outdoor section she presents beautiful hikes, and the photos on her blog are all really beautiful. You won't be able to stop browsing so quickly - especially if you love the mountains and life in nature.

#12 Embody Yoga

Another blog from Austria - and here it's a little more spiritual. Susanna introduces you to yoga exercises for a healing heart, to overcome grief and heartache and how to find meaning and goals in life. The connection is always to yoga philosophy and meditation and that makes reading so exciting. You can find out a lot about Tarot here - it was still completely new to me and is also well prepared for beginners.

# 13 Yoga Vidya

A little warning in advance: once you land on the Yoga Vidya website, you won't be able to find anything else very quickly. The wealth of information seems almost endless. For example, the portal presents individual asanas and their effects, provides insights into meditation and provides many great additional articles about yoga and its history. We highly recommend browsing the yoga lexicon, which is structured like Wikipedia.

14. Yoga Rich

Sunita, a yoga teacher in Hamburg, writes about 1-3 new posts about yoga every two weeks. There's a colorful mix from meditation to healthy food. Yogareich supports yoga for refugee women and children in Hamburg. Great thing and definitely worth a click.
