Conditions of participation for the “Show your yoga studio” competition on findeinyoga.org
Organizer:
The competition is organized by Zebra und Freunde UG (limited liability), Tonhalderhof 4a, 78576 Emmingen-Liptingen (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”).
Eligibility:
All people aged 18 and over who live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation period:
The competition begins on April 2nd, 2024 and ends on April 14th, 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
Participation:
To take part in the competition, participants must create a profile for one of the following yoga offers on findedeinyoga.org or complete an existing one: yoga studios, yoga teachers or yoga trips/retreats. Only one participation is permitted per person.
Profit:
There are different winnings. These include:
- 3x premium packages on findeinyoga.org
- 3x a blog post in the portal with accompanying social media posting on Facebook and Instagram
- 1x special price: Hero image on the homepage of findedeinyoga.org for a previously defined period of time
- Further advertising measures on findedeinyoga.org (additional points, advertising tiles, banners)
The organizer reserves the right to change or adapt these during or after the duration of the competition.
A cash withdrawal or transfer of the prize is not possible and the prize cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
Determination of winnings:
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible participants and will be notified by email to mail@findedeinyoga.org within two weeks of the end of the competition period. Winner must respond to prize notification within three days of notification to claim prize. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
Following the announcement of the prize, the prize will be delivered exclusively digitally by email from the address mail@findedeinyoga.org. There is no shipping by post.
Data protection:
Participation in the competition implies consent to the use and processing of personal data to carry out the competition and to send prizes digitally. By participating, participants agree that their personal data (including name, address and, if applicable, telephone number) may only be used for the purpose of carrying out and sending prizes. The data provided will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the competition (e.g. to a shipping service provider). Participants have the right to revoke their consent to the use of their data at any time.

Disclaimer:
The organizer is not liable for technical problems that are beyond its control and that could affect participation in the competition. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control that could affect the proper conduct of the competition.
Miscellaneous:
Legal recourse is excluded. If individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
By taking part in the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
