Description yoga

I teach Hatha Yoga in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and his son T.K.V. Desikachar.
In this tradition, physical postures are linked to breathing. The breath guides the physical postures that are practiced in series of exercises called vinyasas. So together we strive for the state of meditation through the Vinyasas.

For me, every participant starts where they are at the moment. The exercises are adapted to each individual participant. If you have physical problems, this style of yoga may be ideal for you. Whether in small group lessons or private lessons, I pay close attention to the condition of each participant.

Here is some information about me: I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed a four-year training course (700 units) in a training school recognized by the BDY. In addition, there are six years of teaching experience and further training over three years in yoga philosophy with R. Sriram.
