Description yoga

Yoga is a big part of my life today. I am currently teaching a yoga group, after-work yoga, at the Center for Nutrition and Spirituality (Am Kornfeld 12, Pürgen).

Yoga has helped me get through my dark, painful and stressful moments and emerge from them with renewed strength. I would like to pass this experience on to my students.
