In CranioSacral Yoga, founded by Andrea Gruemmer, we connect with our own innermost being, our soul, via the communication channels of the CranioSacral System. In this connection it is possible to release and transform stress, tension, burdens, hindering thought and behavior patterns, karmic connections or even physical or psychological blockages. Meanwhile, you repeatedly immerse yourself in deep states of relaxation and your entire system can internally realign itself. Your mind will gain new clarity and your self-healing powers will be activated.
We do not practice physical exercises. No previous knowledge is required.
CranioSacral Yoga therapy is the individual work associated with CranioSacral Yoga. While you immerse yourself on the lounger in sometimes deep states of relaxation, with a combination of very fine and gentle manual and special energetic techniques depending on your concerns, strain and stress, internal disharmony, karmic connections, negative thought patterns, as well as shocks, trauma and other causes can be addressed Impairments in well-being and their consequences are perceived and transformed. You can realign yourself internally and your self-healing powers are activated.

Directions
By car:
Coming from Hamburg-Bergstedt, take the narrow entrance on the right immediately behind the first house after the Ammersbek-Hoisbüttel town sign and before the car repair shop. Parking spaces right in front of the hedge.
By public transport:
U1 Hoisbüttel, then bus 374 or 474 to Ammersbek, town hall, walk another 3 minutes on the same side of the street in the opposite direction. Before the last house before the town sign, turn left into the driveway, extension with blue-grey windows.
Very easy to reach with U1 and bike.
