Janina has been a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (2015: Level II) and Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner (2013) since 2012. In 2018 she took part in the 8-day training course on pregnancy yoga with Gurmukh (Khalsa Way, Los Angeles).
She has been teaching at home and abroad since 2012 and also offers yoga trips.
