Description yoga

Holistic yoga according to Swami Sivananda to harmonize body, mind and soul. No matter whether you are young or old, a beginner or a long-time yogi, you will find the right lesson for you in the various courses. Many courses are certified prevention courses and are funded with up to 80%.
Now also subsidized courses in the morning and late in the evening (8 p.m.)!
Your progress will be monitored individually.
Our seminar house is located in nature between forest, lake and waterfall. The rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and comfortable carpets.
