Our PhysioFlowyoga Studio is a modern, elegant studio in the heart of Munich, right on the Hackerbrücke, with a wonderful view of the Arnulfpark! PhysioFlowYoga is a sport-oriented form of yoga that trains youthful body awareness with powerful, flexible body control and is also a systematic balance to other sports such as. E.g. triathlon, racing bike, football and runners.

We recommend attending the yoga intro every Thursday at 7:30 p.m. for the first time.
Our direction and the differences between the levels will be explained to you here. You will also be shown what you need to pay attention to, especially at the beginning, in order to enjoy your yoga class even more.
