Sich Regen bringt Segen

Seit mehr als 12 Jahren ist das wöchentliche Üben im Raum für Yoga meine wichtigste Basis für körperliches Wohlbefinden. Die Anstrengung lohnt sich immer wieder aufs Neue. Nach einer längeren Pause ist mir besonders bewusst geworden, dass die Konzentration auf den eigenen Atem und auf den eigenen Körper mit seinen Stärken und Schwächen den Kopf frei macht. Am Ende der Stunde fühle ich mich zufrieden wie ein Kind, das sich ausgetobt hat.
