Description yoga

Yoga means unity and harmony.
People have been using the holistic exercise system that comes from India for more than 5,000 years.
In my yoga class you can relax from everyday life and train your body and mind at the same time.
The 5 pillars of Hatha Yoga are the basis of Silva Yoga.
You do physical exercises that stretch and strengthen your muscles and make your entire musculoskeletal system more flexible.
The breathing exercises help to recharge your energy and achieve inner balance.
When you consciously relax, you can release both physical and mental tension.
Meditation helps you concentrate better and be more alert. Mindfulness promotes your positive attitude towards life.
You will receive tips for a healthy, yogic diet so that your body and mind are not put under unnecessary strain.
In small, collaborative groups you can do something for your body and concentrate entirely on yourself, without pressure to perform. Know for yourself what is good for you. I will help you with it.
I received my certificate after my intensive yoga teacher training at 'Yoga Vidya' in the Westerwald. There, Swami Sivananda teaches according to the old tradition, which is what influences my teaching.
