Description yoga

The Töginger Yoga School was founded by Monika Lay. Monika has been practicing yoga for many years (1000 hours) and is a licensed yoga teacher and nutritionist.
Sylvia Heuschneider (alternative psychotherapy practitioner, healing educator, Nuad Thai masseuse and yoga teacher) works in her own holistic practice in Töging and, since April 2014, also in collaboration with Monika Lay for the Töging yoga school. Sylvia Heuschneider completed her training in India - Goa at Trimurti Yoga. She is in the international Alliance Yoga Teachers Association.
Yoga courses are offered from Monday to Friday and also individually upon request.

We want to put people and their wishes and needs at the center of our work.
Yoga, as the oldest philosophy of life, is an important building block for physical and mental well-being. We want to bring people closer to yoga with ease, joy, but also mindfulness. In this way, everyone can make a contribution to maintaining their own personal health. And we would be happy to support you!
