Description yoga
The yoga and health center was founded in 1999 by us, Martina Wegmann-Beims and Detlev Beims. After years of freelance yoga teaching in various institutions, we fulfilled our wish to work in our own beautiful and quiet rooms that offer a welcoming atmosphere.
Together with other course instructors, we would like to offer interested parties of all ages - from pregnant women to children to seniors - the opportunity to find themselves in peace and thus find a way to heal their body and soul.
