Through yoga I experienced complete relaxation and felt my original vitality, life energy and self-confidence again. I experienced mental clarity again and felt my ability to concentrate sharpen.

    Gemütlich fand ich die enge Mattenanordnung im Kellersaal nicht, die Matten waren bis zur Tür aufgelegt. Das Yoga von Frau Eder ist sehr abwechslungsreich, auch wenn es nicht den klassischen Hatha-Stil entspricht. Es wird Tee gereicht. Alles sehr nett, kann ich durchaus weiterempfehlen (wem die Enge nichts ausmacht)
