Kundalini yoga for your balance
What do you need to be in balance?
How do you know that you are in balance?

What helps you regain balance?
In the courses in August and September I will lead series of exercises and meditations that will help you find your balance and support you in staying in your balance. It's not just about your physical health, but also about your inner self
emotional balance.
The course on Monday will focus primarily on your physical balance. Through kriyas and warm-up exercises with different balance postures, you will improve your balance and stability. Your whole body is activated by the perception of your posture by your balance organ in the inner ear, the transmission of this information through your nervous system to the muscles and the resulting movements.
The execution of the balance postures reflects your inner balance. For example, one day you can easily walk the tree for two minutes without wobbling, another day you can't.
The course on Tuesday will focus primarily on balancing your hormonal system. Through special kriyas, pranayamas, meditations and massages, your hormonal glands are activated and your hormonal balance is brought into balance. A well-balanced hormone level is essential for your physical and mental health. For example, if too much adrenaline is produced and released over a longer period of time, you won't be able to calm down, you won't be able to relax and you won't sleep well.
The course on Thursday will be primarily about rhythms in your life. One of the most important rhythms is your breathing; you experience tension when you breathe in and relaxation when you breathe out. Every movement you perform is an interplay between tension and relaxation of the muscles. The contraction of your heart and the change between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system should take place rhythmically - with adaptation to your daily routine.
Through special kriyas, pranayamas and meditations you will experience these rhythmic processes in your body.
All courses are aimed at people with and without yoga experience. The aim of these courses is to teach you how to find your balance and stay in your balance through simple yoga exercises.
