  • About Us: Since 2006, Beate Laudien has been practicing classical Hatha Yoga in the tradition of the Indian doctor and master Swami Sivananda, which is based on the 5 basic principles of correct physical exercises, correct breathing, correct relaxation, correct nutrition as well as positive thinking and meditation.
    She completed her yoga teacher training in India in 2013. A year-long stay in India and Nepal in 2013 allowed her to gain holistic yoga learning and teaching practice and to devote herself intensively to meditation, harmonium playing and mantras, as well as to immerse herself extensively in the fascinating world of Ayurveda, Buddhism, Hinduism and Reiki.
    In the meantime, further training followed on the topics of "Yoga & Psychology", "Yoga for Children", "Yoga for Seniors", advanced training in the Himalayas in 2016, educational and inspiring stays in the Himalayas in 2017 and 2018 and, since November 2019, studying Benefit Yoga® therapy.
    This means that an experienced and broad portfolio is available to bring your thoughts, feelings and body into inner peace in order to recharge your batteries and experience holistic strength and refreshment.
