Explanations of the content of the yoga courses:
Part of Hatha yoga is primarily working with the body. The participants are introduced to the effects and philosophy of yoga. I attach great importance to the precise execution of the movements, especially in the problem areas such as the entire back, neck and head. The correct breathing technique during relaxation and the entire exercises (ASANAS) is another important component.
The course begins with a quarter of an hour of initial relaxation, followed by breathing exercises, warming up with an introduction to sun salutations, a sequence of ASANAS and another quarter of an hour of final relaxation - deep relaxation.
The main focus is not on spirituality, but rather on getting to know yourself and your own body again, regaining body awareness and thus experiencing your own well-being. Learning to relax and finding the balance between body, mind and soul again.
Imbalances in the musculoskeletal system can be corrected through regular practice. The muscles are built up, the back is strengthened, the spine is kept flexible and, through the correct breathing technique, the muscles and organs are optimally supplied with oxygen, massaged and stimulated during practice - the immune system is strengthened and premature signs of aging can be prevented. It is a fountain of youth for body, mind and soul. After practicing for some time, each participant will become aware of how their body sensation noticeably improves and how back problems and other discomfort can be significantly reduced.
Anyone can do YOGA, without age restrictions or previous knowledge, everyone is met where they are, the most important thing is the joy and fun of the exercises and, last but not least, a wonderful sense of achievement - YOUR OWN WELL-BEING, IMPROVED HEALTH AND THE NEW FEELING OF SELF-EST THAT ARISES.
