Description yoga
Sporty Vinyasa yoga class for more flexibility, concentration and calmness.
Approximate hourly schedule:
We begin by leaving everyday stress behind us and concentrating on ourselves... with an introductory meditation and/or smaller pranayama (breathing) exercises.
Then we move on to a sport-oriented Vinyasa sequence. I usually choose a main topic for an hour from the various topics, e.g. backbends, inversions, twists, etc.
We end the hour with a guided final relaxation.
This balanced mix of training, stretching, mindfulness and relaxation will get you moving forward on trails, mountains and in life!
In the yoga studio in Freiburg
and as soon as the temperature and weather are more pleasant again, outside...because that's where it's most beautiful ;)
