Hi, I have just opened a yoga studio here in Gütersloh at PRB. The studio is located in the PRB Gym in the squash courts. Please take a look at the facebook page, The Modern Yoga Studio for more information. The first class if free! No prior experience necessary!
Class Schedule

6:30 am-7:15 am
Tue:
6:30 pm-7:30 pm

What to wear and bring:
Wear basic exercises clothes or loose pants (sorry trousers, I'm American!). It's really a barefoot activity so no footwear necessary. I have a limited supply of mats so you should bring one of you can. Water is always good too!
Class Types:
The morning classes are 15 min shorter, because I was concerned with people having enough time to get home and get ready for school runs and work, I am unable to make the classes any earlier in the morning due to gym policies.
Morning classes are Wake Up Yoga: So a vinyasa flow with the focus on getting your body and mind up and running.
The evening classes are still vinyasa, but towards of the end of the class, in that extra 15 we will have a bit more time to focus on relaxation and some soften techniques.
Pricing:
The first class is free to make sure that you enjoy it!
Drop in classes after that are 5 Euros
A Ten Pack of classes is 30 Euros and will not expire, It the easiest most cost efficient.
