Do you also have a desire to be YOURSELF and at the same time a connection to community? During this retreat, you will experience a space where you can fully connect with yourself – and at the same time, rediscover and experience yourself in the mirror of the community.
"CONNECTED IN FREEDOM" is a 7-day yoga retreat surrounded by nature in a mountain village called Valloria at the foot of the Ligurian Alps in Italy. An invitation to feel yourself more deeply, to explore boundaries mindfully and to trust in the flow between autonomy and togetherness.
With daily yoga sequences, meditation, time in silence, creative workshops and nourishing community, we delve into the question:
How can I stay true to myself – while connecting with an open heart?
You are invited with all that you are.
With your loneliness – and your desire for closeness.
With your silence – and your voice.
A retreat like a dance: sometimes free, sometimes guided, sometimes together, sometimes for yourself.
But always real. Always worn.
PRICES
Prices on request, as they depend on the category of the holiday apartment and the number of occupants. Maximum price without travel under € 1,200. Minimum price without travel approx. € 600.

ARRIVAL
You are responsible for organizing your own travel arrangements.
Flight to Nice
By bus or train from Nice Airport to Nice Central Station and from there by train along the Riviera to Imperia.
A pickup will be organized from Imperia.
Alternatively, on Friday 17.10. A collective pick-up from Nice Airport can be arranged by arrangement.
