A yoga retreat in silence and solitude in an old monastery on Mallorca
The former monastery of Sant Salvador sits in absolute seclusion at 509 m on the Puig de Sant Salvador near the small town of Felanitx. From up here we have a fantastic view of the landscape, nature and the sea. The monastery is surrounded by the impressive backdrop of the Serres de Llevant mountain range in the east of Mallorca. It is a sublime feeling to practice yoga and meditation in this special place. We feel the power of the old walls and the historic history. The origins of the Monastery of Sant Salvador date back to 1342. With yoga and meditation we learn to deal better with stressful thoughts and feelings, protect ourselves from stress and increase our satisfaction with life. A special retreat to get to know and appreciate ourselves better. A retreat for a journey to the ME.
