Description yoga

The center for yoga and Ayurvedic advice is located on the edge of the beautiful old town of Hochheim, in the middle of the Rhine-Main area. Health and well-being with yoga and Ayurvedic lifestyle – that is our concern!
The yoga room is bright and flooded with light and offers a very special atmosphere. Here you can find peace, leave everyday life behind, feel good and relax.
Yoga mats, blankets, meditation cushions, yoga blocks and straps, as well as hot tea and still water are available.
The large, enclosed courtyard is inviting and can also be used for practice in the summer months.
Bicycles can be parked here.
Our center is open 30 minutes before the course starts.
Office hours are Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
We are looking forward to your visit!
