Description yoga

The RoSana is an Ayurvedic spa center with an interdisciplinary therapy concept that is unique in German-speaking countries. In addition to our authentic Ayurvedic treatments, we offer yoga courses for external guests. The courses of our two yoga teachers have different focuses and styles.

The lessons take place in our source room. The clay walls and the oak floors radiate a warmth that immediately gives you a feeling of well-being. You hear the water flowing, you look out into nature and at the same time you feel safe in the warm atmosphere. Our yoga room appeals to body, mind and soul in equal measure.
