Description yoga
I have been working as a self-employed yoga teacher since May 2019. I teach Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
The yoga classes are suitable for beginners and those returning to yoga. I teach in small groups with a maximum of 8 participants. My Hatha Yoga courses are certified by health insurance companies and are partially or fully reimbursed depending on the terms of your insurance plan.
Since 2025, my AHIMSA Retreat has taken place annually. I use the atmosphere at the Yoga Vidya Ashram for this retreat. Through yoga, meditation, mindfulness tools, and forest bathing, the retreat guides you back to mindfulness.
