Namaste! In our beautiful yoga studio you will find various offers in the areas of yoga, yoga therapy and trauma-integrative support (NSTI/Neuro Yoga). I am a full-time yoga teacher and yoga therapist and a member of the Swiss Yoga Association (SYV), which means I am also recognized by health insurance companies. Our studio is beautifully located in the countryside. My yoga is a mix of styles and is ideal for a wide variety of people. You can also get started without any prior knowledge.
