Hello, my name is Maren Kemme and since my first yoga class in 1998, yoga and what it does to me have never let me go! I have been a self-employed yoga teacher since 2009 and in 2019 I opened my own Yoga Center Minden in beautiful rooms in the Upper Old Town of Minden. Here you will find diversely inspired face-to-face and online yoga classes that cannot always be easily assigned to a single yoga style. The focus is on mindfulness, taking your individual body into account. With Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation, I bring the diversity of yoga and Ayurveda to your mat. Whether beginner or experienced; My yoga classes are not about forcing your body into externally determined postures, but about using your very own anatomical reality to release your inner wisdom. Your body. Your pace. Your yoga. I look forward to you!

Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind:
Yoga mats, blankets and other yoga aids are sufficiently available at the Minden Yoga Center. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mats. Appropriate clothing is comfortable and does not restrict your ability to move. The practice is barefoot. Thick socks and a jacket/jumper/sweatshirt are recommended for the meditation at the beginning and the deep relaxation at the end.
