Hello. Nice that you're here. We are yogawerkstatt22 and a small and beautiful young yoga studio in Kösching - very close to Ingolstadt. We are Nicole, Susi & Uwe. Three friends, three yogis, three students and three teachers with one idea. With an idea to create a place for you. A place where you can do yourself good - for body and mind. We want to make exercise, yoga and meditation accessible to everyone. It is our deep belief that yoga helps us “heal”. Internally and externally. Yoga is a way to find more serenity, awareness and health. It sharpens our vision and brings and reminds us of all the beauty within us and around us. Start feeling good. We'll accompany you along the way.
