Terms and conditions for the "Rate your favorite yoga studio" competition on findedeinyoga.org

Organizer:

The competition is organized by Zebra und Freunde UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Tonhalderhof 4a, 78576 Emmingen-Liptingen (hereinafter referred to as "organizer").

Eligibility:

All persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation period:

The current competition runs from April 1st to June 30th, 2026.

Participation:

To participate in the competition, participants must visit a yoga studio profile (any studio) on findedeinyoga.org and rate it using the provided function on the portal. Ratings can be given in the form of stars or a written description. A maximum of three ratings/entries per person are allowed for this competition.

Profit:

There are various prizes to be won, including hoodies and online yoga courses. The organizer reserves the right to change or adjust these prizes during or after the competition period.

A cash payout or transfer of the prize is not possible and the prize cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

Profit determination:

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants and notified by email from mail@findedeinyoga.org within two weeks of the end of the competition period. The winner must reply to the notification within three days of receiving it to claim the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

The prize will be delivered after the announcement of the winner, either digitally via email or by post, depending on the prize.

Note regarding participation via social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram: Fake accounts on Facebook and Instagram are sometimes sending out bogus prize notifications as direct messages. Winners of our competition will be contacted exclusively via email from mail@findedeinyoga.org. We do not contact participants via direct messages on social media. Therefore, please do not respond to fake notifications and do not click on any links.

Data protection:

Participation in the competition implies consent to the use and processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the competition and sending prizes by mail. By participating, entrants agree that their personal data (including name, address, and, if applicable, telephone number) may be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and sending prizes. The data provided will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for processing the competition (e.g., with a shipping provider). Entrants have the right to withdraw their consent to the use of their data at any time.

Disclaimer:

The organizer is not liable for technical problems beyond its control that may affect participation in the competition. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if this becomes necessary due to reasons beyond its control that may affect the proper conduct of the competition.

Miscellaneous:

Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
