The Cacao Circle invites you to step out of everyday life for a few hours and reconnect with yourself. In a lovingly prepared space, we combine the heart-opening effect of ceremonial cacao with gentle somatic exercises, meditation, reflection, and sharing.

Each circle has its own theme and is based on the respective season and its qualities – sometimes it's about letting go, sometimes about introspection, connection, or consciously setting new intentions. Yoga with heart & personality (approx. 75 minutes)

Asana is one of the best-known practices of yoga – and at the same time one of the most misunderstood. In this weekend seminar, we will delve deeply into the original meaning and practice of asanas as they are described in the classical Hatha Yoga texts.

He has led more than 150 yoga seminars in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has also conducted 10 international yoga conferences and 8 international yoga workshops.

He is a consultant for several international yoga organizations, a member of the Board for Yoga & Sports Culture at the University of Pune, India, and has received numerous national and international awards.

The spiritual dimensions of yoga are strongly influenced by meditative exercises and experiences. What's fascinating is that so many different practices are taught, all equally valid. Just as yoga and Ayurveda therapy are individually tailored processes, we are increasingly coming to the realization that the form of meditation must suit the individual, not the other way around. A sound bowl massage (or sound massage) is a relaxation method in which special sound bowls are placed on or held directly above the clothed body and gently struck. The resulting sound waves are perceived as soothing vibrations that spread throughout the body.

Effects and benefits

The method is based on the assumption that the human body consists largely of water, which is set in motion by the vibrations – similar to a stone being thrown into a pond.
