Location: A sustainably managed finca at approximately 1,000 m altitude in the mountains above Adeje, in the sunny southwest of Tenerife.

Amenities: Cozy rooms, kitchen with fireplace, private pool, garden and terraces with endless ocean views.

Special feature: The group size is limited to a maximum of 8 places to guarantee personal guidance and deep connection.

The program for body & mind

Yoga & Meditation: Daily at sunrise (for focus and clarity) and at sunset (for peace and gratitude). Suitable for all levels.

Mental coaching: Group coaching sessions, moderated rounds and discussion circles for new impulses, reflection and exchange among women.

Nourishing food: Fresh, light and purely plant-based meals made from regional ingredients, enjoyed together outdoors.

Nature experiences: An exclusive excursion for dolphin watching on a private sailboat and a tour to Pico del Teide (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
