The vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments rich in overtones can harmonize and relax your entire physical, mental and energetic system.
Our sound healing journey combines the healing effects of sound vibrations, deep meditation, and relaxation. It opens a nurturing space for you to delve deep into your inner cosmos, initiate healing processes, and recharge with new energy.

Healing circle with mantra chanting and healing sounds. In mantra chanting, we charge every cell of our body with sound medicine. Singing together in a group can convey spontaneous and profound experiences of connection, oneness, and joy, opening the heart and calming the mind. No prior experience is necessary. Your voice is welcome, just as it is.
