🤎Cacao ceremony and yoga in Innsbruck: Time for you, your heart and the moment

Sometimes all it takes is a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself.

We warmly invite you to a lovingly designed cacao ceremony in a protected space where you can leave everyday life behind for a while, breathe deeply and recharge your batteries.

Together we enjoy ceremonial raw cacao, prized for centuries for its heart-opening and unifying qualities. In a mindful atmosphere, we take time to listen inwardly, find peace, and strengthen our connection to ourselves and to the community.

💫What to expect:

A heart-opening cacao ceremony and yoga practice

Mindful impulses for reflection and inner contemplation

Moments of silence for reflection and letting go

Encounter, connection and exchange in a value-free space

A pleasant end to the day with good conversation.

This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, listen to your heart and simply be as you are: without expectations, without pressure to perform.

Whether you've already experienced cacao ceremonies or are attending for the first time: You are most welcome. 🤎

We look forward to sharing this special space with you and experiencing an evening filled with warmth, connection, and mindful encounters. 🌿✨
