✨ Twelve Days of Christmas Special: Arriving in the New Year

An evening to arrive. To breathe. To let go. To connect. And to realign.

An evening that's more than just yoga – a journey to yourself and to what 2027 may hold for you. ✨

The Twelve Days of Christmas are a very special time between the years. A time when we slow down, look back, and reconnect more consciously with our own wishes, visions, and heartfelt moments.

After the often turbulent Christmas season, I invite you to a conscious break on January 4, 2027.

Together we leave everyday life outside for a moment, find peace and turn our gaze inwards:

✨ What truly makes me happy?

✨ What brings me joy and lightness?

✨ What can I let go of?

✨ What do I want to live more consciously in 2027?

✨ And what do I want to make space for in my new year?

Because often it's not the big things that make our lives special.

It's the little moments of happiness: a heartfelt laugh, a special encounter, a moment of silence, the feeling of connection – or simply the moment when we arrive back at ourselves.

Your Twelve Days of Christmas

On this special evening, we combine the energy of the Twelve Days of Christmas with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, reflection, and sound.

You can expect:
✨ Introduction and insights into the meaning of the 11th of the Twelve Nights
Soothing Kundalini Yoga for arriving and centering
✨ Meditation and mindful reflection prompts
✨ Time for your personal alignment for the new year
✨ Relaxing sound bowl journey with Mel to let go and recharge
✨ Shared Twelve Days of Christmas ritual with your wish list
✨ Exchange and connection in a small, personal group

The sound bowl journey invites you to let go completely and listen to your inner self. This creates space for peace, clarity, and renewed energy. To conclude the evening, we'll relax with punch, golden milk, and tea. Everyone is welcome to bring a small Christmas treat to share.

An evening to arrive. To breathe. To let go. To connect. And to realign.

Your guidance during the Twelve Days of Christmas begins even before that:
Your registration means your Rauhnacht experience doesn't begin only on January 4th, 2027.
Starting with the winter solstice on December 21, 2026, I will accompany you through this special time.

During the Twelve Days of Christmas, you'll receive small inspirations, reflection questions, and suggestions via WhatsApp or email to help you experience these days consciously. You'll also receive instructions for the 13-Wish Ritual in advance. This will allow you to prepare your personal wishes and intentions for 2027 and connect the Twelve Days of Christmas with a beautiful ritual.

Who is this evening for?
For you, if you don't just want to make new resolutions at the beginning of the year, but consciously take time to feel:

What do I truly want to take with me into the new year? You don't need any yoga experience or prior knowledge of the Twelve Days of Christmas. You can come exactly as you are.

Date & Details:
Monday, January 4, 2027 | 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM

✨ Your contribution: Early Bird until 31.10.2026: €34.90, then €42.90

Important for your Twelve Days of Christmas set:

To allow you to fully immerse yourself in your personal ritual and for me to prepare everything for you, registration is required by December 1st, 2026 at the latest.

You will receive all the information and instructions in good time so that you can prepare your personal Rauhnacht set with your glass and your 13 wish lists.

✨ Give yourself a special start to 2027. Maybe you don't need more resolutions at the beginning of the year. Maybe you need a moment where it's all about you.
About what lies behind you.
About what makes you happy.
And about what is allowed to come into being before you.

Give yourself this evening to arrive, let go, and realign – and start your new year with more clarity, trust, and connection. ✨

I'm looking forward to experiencing this special Yuletide evening with you.
Best regards & Sat Nam, Christine

An evening that is more than yoga – a journey to yourself between the years.

Letting go • Trusting • Reorienting

The twelve days of Christmas invite us to pause, look back, and consciously decide what may grow in the new year.

The fourth of the Twelve Nights symbolically represents the month of April and carries the powerful energy of Aries – a time of new beginnings, clarity, and courage. It reminds us to let go of the old, release inner blockages, and trust our own wisdom more fully.

After the Christmas season, we give ourselves a conscious break: We leave the hustle and bustle behind, reflect on the past year and create space for new wishes, visions and direction.

In this special Twelve Days of Christmas event, you can expect a soothing evening with:
✨ Introduction to the meaning of the 4th of the Twelve Nights
‍♀️ Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
✨Sound bowl journey with Mel

Joint Rauhnacht ritual on December 28, 2026 (we will burn the wish list for the 4th Rauhnacht together)
☕ Afterwards: Punch, golden milk, tea & a cozy end to the evening - everyone brings Christmas treats to share.

Monday, December 28, 2026 | 7:00–9:30 p.m. (Yoga, Meditation & Sound Journey 7:00–8:30 p.m.) followed by discussion & closing remarks

Stuttgart-Hofen, Wagrainstraße 36

✨ Early Bird until 31.10.: €34.90, then regular price €42.90

Places are limited to a maximum of 10 participants. ✨

In addition, you will receive daily inspirations, reflection questions and suggestions via WhatsApp/email during the Twelve Days of Christmas to accompany you through this special time.

The first impulse will come here on December 21, 2026 (winter solstice).

To fully immerse yourself in your ritual, registration is required by December 1st, 2026 at the latest.

This leaves enough time to prepare your personal Twelve Days of Christmas set:
✨ Your glass for the 13-Wish Ritual
✨ your 13 wish lists

I will send you instructions for the 13th wish ritual in advance.

Do you have any further questions or need more information? Then please feel free to contact me directly! I look forward to hearing from you!

Your Irina

Your strength. Your time. Your yoga.

Not every day is the same – especially during cancer therapy or in the period afterwards. Doctor's appointments, treatments, and one's own daily condition can sometimes make it difficult to regularly attend a fixed course.

The Kraftzeit ticket therefore gives you more flexibility:
You decide when you want to use your yoga sessions – exactly as it suits your personal path and your current situation.

The Kraftzeit ticket includes:

• 5 yoga sessions
• Valid for 3 months
• Flexible participation after prior registration
• Participation depends on the availability of free places
• Ideal if therapy appointments, doctor's appointments, or one's own daily condition make regular participation difficult.

Time for yourself. Space to breathe:

Each yoga session is specifically tailored to the needs of women during and after cancer treatment.

Gentle yoga exercises, conscious breathing and relaxation invite you to mindfully perceive your body, promote flexibility and strength and find peace.

It's not about performance. You can arrive, let go, and do exactly what feels good to you today.

The yoga sessions take place in a small, protected group and offer space for movement, relaxation and renewed energy – regardless of where you are on your journey.

Participation & booking:
Participation in the individual yoga sessions is subject to prior registration via Fyndery and availability of places.
For this course, a maximum of two places per unit are available for participants with a Kraftzeit ticket.

The Kraftzeit ticket is personal and non-transferable.

Cancellation policy:
A free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the course starts.
In case of a later cancellation or no-show, the yoga session will be considered redeemed.
If a session is cancelled by the course instructor, of course no session fee will be charged.

Take time for yourself. For your breath. For your movement. For renewed energy.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you - feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
