Since health begins in the gut, we also work with exercises and positions that gently massage and stretch the abdominal region. These support your digestive system and can have a positive effect on your immune system.

Additional exercises for the lymphatic system promote the natural removal of metabolic waste products and support the body's own cleansing processes.

The primary goal is to strengthen your defenses and prepare your immune system for the cold season – so that the challenges of everyday life and the cold season don't throw you off track so easily.

• Warm-up exercises
• Preparing for the hour with a mantra
• Yoga set (Kriya) / bodywork, specifically focused on a theme such as kidneys, back, glandular/hormonal system, chakras
• relaxation
• Meditation in the form of a pranayama technique (breathing), with mantras or in silence,
  for different priorities such as against anxieties, inner conflicts, for the nervous system, to achieve calm and inner concentration.
• Ending the session with a mantra
