Learn in this 5-week course block how yoga can actively support you and help you to harmonize body, mind and soul.

Breathing techniques and meditation will help you reduce stress and find inner peace. This course is suitable for beginners and advanced participants.

Schedule of one hour - duration approx. 90 minutes:

• Warm-up exercises
• Preparing for the hour with a mantra
• Yoga set (Kriya) / bodywork, specifically focused on a theme such as kidneys, back, glandular/hormonal system, chakras
• relaxation
• Meditation in the form of a pranayama technique (breathing), with mantras or in silence,
  for different priorities such as against anxieties, inner conflicts, for the nervous system, to achieve calm and inner concentration.
• Ending the session with a mantra
