This course is for you if:

You've wanted to start meditating for a long time, but never really knew how.

Even if you already have some experience and want to deepen your practice with a clear structure, you've come to the right place.

Perhaps you have been practicing yoga for some time, but so far have only felt engaged by the asana practice (the physical practice) and now feel that the time has come when you are called to a deeper connection with yourself and you would like to deepen your practice with meditation - if so, you are in the right place.

And even if you're simply looking for a few minutes of peace and quiet, you are most welcome here. Peace and quiet are not stagnation – they are a part of our strength.

In 5 sessions of 30 minutes each, every Thursday (fixed, consecutive and progressive appointments), I will guide you step by step into meditation.

We will practice two classic forms of meditation and immerse ourselves together in the infinite abundance of living stillness:

Mindfulness meditation - in this practice you consciously focus your attention on an anchor point, such as your breath.

Open awareness - here you broaden your perception instead of focusing on a single point.

In addition, we practice breathing techniques for more calm and presence and learn to consciously flow through the chakras with the breath in order to activate them and integrate them into practice (prior knowledge of the chakras is not necessary - everything will be explained in the course).

In each session, I'll show you what's important and how we'll proceed before we meditate together. You'll practice and learn step by step. By the end of this course, you'll have internalized a practice that you can use on your own anytime – no prior knowledge or experience required.

This workshop is for you if:

you who would like to have the opportunity to get to know, open, harmonize and activate your chakras.

This allows you to connect with your energy in a profound way - for a balancing experience on all levels: physical, mental and conscious.

A harmonizing yoga practice workshop (3 hours)

The focus of the session is on relaxation and letting go, as well as activating, recharging, and distributing the body's own energy. Accumulated tension and emotions are released through the exercises, and positive, new, and revitalizing emotions and movements are generated.

At the beginning of this workshop, you will receive an elixir to prepare for the energy work, as well as an energy gemstone (of your choice) for the (external) storage of the energies you generate through the exercises. This stone will then belong to you. You can recharge it and carry it with you as often as you like.

Yin yoga exercises go deep, relaxing, stretching, and loosening the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. In this workshop, the main focus of the practical Yin yoga exercises is on the spine, along which our seven main chakras (energy centers) are located.

Energy Yoga exercises promote springy, loosening movements and mobility - they gently get the energies flowing.

Breathing exercises (Pranayama) promote the training of self-awareness and, together with visualization exercises in guided meditations, strengthen energy activation and distribution.

To harmonize the chakras, we do sensory and sound exercises as well as energy massages, which are also beneficial for opening individual chakras.

You will also receive a handout with an overview of the functions and meanings of the 7 main chakras, including a short guide to chakra work.

A chakra test helps you find out which chakras are particularly well opened and which might need a little more activation - for your individual practice in everyday life.

A Yoga Nidra practice at the end ensures that the effect of this workshop is further intensified in a lasting way.

This workshop is for you if:

You are plagued by neck, shoulder, and/or back pain. But also if you would like to relax these areas of your body preventively and do them some good.

It is also beneficial for the entire organism, including mentally, as relaxation techniques are used that calm the mind and give you fresh vitality.

A soothing and restorative yoga practice workshop (3 hours)

The focus of this session is on relaxation and letting go. Accumulated tension and emotions are released through the exercises. We work on the meridians (Governor and Conception Vessels), which together regulate the Yin and Yang throughout the entire body.

Yin Yoga exercises go deep and relax, stretch and loosen the muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia along the spine, shoulder and neck region.

Energy Yoga exercises build strength in these areas and promote stability and mobility.

Relaxation techniques sustainably enhance the active release effect.

A guided progressive muscle relaxation (PMR - long version original according to Edmund Jacobson) at the end of the workshop serves to intensify the RELEASE effect and sustainably promotes a vital, harmonious energy flow throughout the body.

Accompanying the yoga exercises are short, illustrated explanations of the anatomy of the neck, shoulders, and back. This allows for better visualization and understanding of the exercises and relaxation techniques. This is not a theoretical lecture—the information is integrated into the practice during the exercises themselves. This is a purely practical workshop.

You will also learn how to integrate healthy movement patterns into your everyday life to prevent future tension.
