Dear friends of Ayurvedic medicine,

This year and next, I am offering a weekend for people,
which is about deep regeneration and recovery in the spirit of Yoga & Ayurveda.
I am accompanied by an Indian Ayurvedic doctor.

    A very cozy cooking class/evening by candlelight according to Ayurvedic principles (vegetarian/vegan and with meat)
    Evening of discussion (philosophical, based on your own questions/suggestions, secular & somewhat spiritual)

    Hiking in the surrounding area
    The lectures on Ayurveda, as well as the cooking course and the nutrition this weekend, are very much geared towards the conditions here in Germany.
    My companion on these weekends is a doctor from Jena who has many years of experience through his studies and further training in Ayurveda in India. Above all, she is very warm and compassionate.
    It will be a small, cozy group with a limited number of participants this weekend. Whether you are in the mood for retreat, for personal conversations with Mr. Boparai, for community, or for quiet observation and contemplation. There should be room here for normal conditions and moods.
    Anyone who is not currently in a good financial position but still wants to participate, anyone who does not have a good basic income - is very welcome to contact me.

    we are Sabrina & Surinder.

    Yoga and meditation teacher and Ayurvedic physician from India.

    This year, we are holding our weekend seminar and wellness retreat in Thuringia.

    We are two very down-to-earth and warm-hearted instructors who want to support deep regeneration and expanded awareness through an intensive Ayurveda and yoga weekend with seminars, a cooking class, a movie night, sauna, yoga, and meditation.
