Description Yoga Retreat

This introductory seminar with Heidemarie Kneisner and Ruth Wigger focuses on joint regeneration and maintaining joint mobility. In yoga, these movements are called "Pavanmuktanasana." Their unique feature is that we move the joints without stress and in isolation. This allows us to study each individual joint in detail.

Although it seems so simple, these movements reach deep into the muscles. Above all, they are important for improving the metabolic processes in the joints. Deposits can be eliminated. Therefore, these loosening exercises are helpful for joint problems and simultaneously prevent them.

By examining anatomical aspects, we connect theory and practice, thus gaining a deeper understanding. A deep yogic relaxation for integration completes the seminar.
