Description Yoga Retreat

Surya Namaskar – the Sun Salutation – has a beneficial effect on various levels: The spine is mobilized, the back muscles are stretched and strengthened, and all joints are activated. The body is warmed, life energy is set in motion, and concentration is enhanced. Endorphins are released, and joy arises.

We build upon the basic form of the Sun Salutation and expand it step by step with other asanas. Each participant can find a suitable form of practice for home use.

Anatomical and philosophical aspects round out the holistic approach of the class.
