It's almost that time again: the magical time of the rough nights begins. Then we dive back into a time of introspection, reflection and realignment.
From December 21st to 22nd is the longest night of the year - winter solstice. For this reason I would like to offer a special Yin yoga class this evening. We practice a relaxing Yin yoga sequence for the water element together and welcome winter and the longer days. At the same time we are ringing in the rough nights, which will take place on December 25th. begin.

In this hour I would like to invite you to find a way back to yourself from the outside world, which is associated with many appointments and to-dos, especially in the run-up to Christmas. You don't have to do anything during the 60 minutes together, it's all about YOU. You can relax and let go: a path from Yang to Yin. How do we get in the mood for the rough nights with this hour? If you like, place a bowl of water in your room before the Yin Yoga class. Add 2 tbsp salt here. Leave the jar (on a saucer) overnight and empty it the next day. This is how you cleanse your room of negative energies.
