Description Yoga Retreat

For years, this gentle outdoor sport has enjoyed great popularity. A form of exercise that invigorates and relaxes amidst nature.

Combined with BenefitYoga, every joint is mobilized, all muscles are warmed, breathing becomes deep and long, the mind is calmed, and endorphins are released.

This creates a beneficial, refreshing feeling of well-being.

We will gradually learn the technique of Nordic walking, so that the pole walking, combined with BenefitYoga postures for the neck and shoulders, can be immediately integrated into everyday life.

On our walks, we will enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Gerode Monastery.

This weekend is suitable for beginners and experienced walkers alike.

We look forward to an active and enjoyable experience together.
