Description Yoga Retreat

Imagine spending Easter under the already warm Greek sun – with the scent of the sea and lightness in the air.
That's exactly how the idea for this special retreat began for me.
When Milena asked me if I would like to lead the Easter week of 2026 as a yoga teacher at the beautiful Sea & Soul in Kiveri, my heart immediately said yes!
But then the thought came to me: What about my boys? – 10 and 14, too young to stay home alone.
So they simply come along.
And something wonderful came out of it:
An “all-generation retreat” – for all who love yoga, yearn for connection and want to experience Easter together, but mindfully.
Here you can travel with your family or come completely alone – anything is allowed.
🕊️ A place for heart and soul
Sea & Soul is a family-run hotel right by the sea – loving, open and authentic.
Three generations live and work together here. Milena says: "Everyone is welcome here."
And that's exactly how it feels: like arriving.
Here you can practice yoga, find peace, walk on the beach, laugh, be silent, eat, and dream.
Some participants come alone, some with a partner, parents or children – everyone finds their own rhythm and space here.
Space for you. And space for togetherness.
🌞 What awaits you
• In the mornings we practice the 26 Hatha yoga poses from the BIKRAM sequence – powerful, clear, beneficial.
• Afterwards, perhaps a dip in the spring-fresh sea, a hearty breakfast, the sea glittering, life breathing in the unspoiled nature of Kiveri.
• The afternoon is yours: reading, sleeping, swimming, exploring – anything goes.
• In the evening we meet for Yin Yoga on the yoga deck. Gentle movement, open heart, sky above us.
• Afterwards, a meal together in small tavernas or a trip to Nafplio – Greek nights full of shared stories.
By the end of this week, you will feel how good it is to have had time for yourself – and yet to remain connected.
You go home with new insights, a light body, a clear mind and a warm sparkle in your heart. ✨

I am Anna Jontza, yoga teacher, mother of two boys, former ballet teacher and TV editor.
Since 2017 I have been running my studio AVA HOT YOGA in Mönchengladbach.
For me, yoga means more than movement – ​​it's about connection. With yourself, with others, with life.
