Description Yoga Retreat
Treat yourself to a little break and come with us to the idyllic Hofgut Schleinsee. We spend a relaxing weekend at the farm, located directly on the beautiful Schleinsee, just a few kilometers from Lake Constance.
Surrounded by nature, expansive forests and meadows, and with views of the mountains, this is the ideal place to leave everyday life behind, unwind, and recharge your batteries.
You can enjoy yourself in comfortably furnished holiday apartments and guest rooms. The accommodation also includes a cozy farm café, a lovingly tended herb garden, a small library, and a variety of animals (cows, sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs).
Our weekend will feature lots of yoga, breathing and mindfulness exercises, meditation, and delicious, regional, and homemade food together. As a special treat, look forward to a sound meditation. We are guided into the world of sounds with singing bowls and gongs – a source of deep relaxation and peace.
