AERIAL YOGA TRAINING 1:1 VIP

Aerial yoga is simply fun and in this aerial yoga training you will create the basis to be able to independently offer varied courses and workshops for different target groups later on.
1. Module Basic:

- Basics with the yoga shawl
- Yoga and Aerial Yoga Philosophy
- Basic exercises with variations in theory and practice
- extensive exercise book
- first steps in teaching
- Safety and suspension
- Own body experience in a safe environment
2nd module Regeneration (the gourmet weekend):
----------------------------
Aerial Yoga in combination with elements from:
- Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
- Massage in a cloth (clothed)
- deep relaxation
- therapeutic hanging techniques
- rounded off by guided meditation, hypnosis and breathing exercises
>> a weekend to enjoy, regenerate and recharge your batteries
3. Module Structure:
