In our Flow Yoga Teacher Training, you have the opportunity to delve deeply into yoga in a small group, accompanied by two experienced instructors.
Mangalam means abundance, happiness & well-being on all levels. It is precisely this abundance and diversity of approaches to yoga and thus to well-being that we will teach you in our training.
With our mindful and health-promoting Flow Yoga, we aim to convey this well-being. Our teaching is contemporary, non-dogmatic and oriented towards the individual abilities of each student.
We offer you insights into the various approaches to yoga - from classic Hatha Yoga to Yin & Back Yoga, to children's, pregnancy, partner & passive yoga. Body, mind and soul are addressed as a unit.
Our goal is that at the end of the training you will have discovered your very own approach to yoga and will be able to design yoga classes in such a way that everyone, regardless of age, can experience the joy of yoga.

This training is not only suitable for people who want to teach yoga professionally, either full-time or part-time, or who want to supplement their own professional activities with yoga teaching, but also for people who want to devote themselves to yoga in greater depth and promote their personal development.
The training complies with the guidelines of the American YOGA ALLIANCE, which sets the standards for all training courses offered worldwide. It is recognized worldwide and internationally certified.
