Balance Yoga represents modern, holistic yoga and Pilates in an upscale atmosphere in the heart of Frankfurt.

With over 150 classes per week for all levels—from dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga flows to calming, therapeutic styles—you'll always find the perfect class for you. Our high-quality studios, the Balance Academy for training and continuing education, a vegetarian and vegan deli, and a lovingly curated concept store create a haven of peace and inspiration right in the city.

In addition to yoga classes, we offer a wide range of Pilates classes, as well as sauna, massage, and longevity treatments.

  • Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the class starts so you can settle in, change, and find your spot. Comfortable sportswear is perfectly fine; mats and props like blocks and straps are provided at the studio.

    If you're new to yoga, it's best to start with classes like Hatha, Yin, or Therapy, which are specifically designed for beginners. Just let the instructor know shortly before class that you're a beginner or if you have any health concerns, so we can provide the best support. Please silence your phone, practice barefoot or in non-slip socks, and listen to your body—breaks are always welcome.

    After class, you can relax in the sauna or our café. We also offer massages.
