For over 10 years, my goal has been to pass on exactly this in warm, authentic and often humorous yoga classes. I am grateful for over 1000 hours of training with great teachers such as Dylan Werner, Christiane Wolff, Young-Ho Kim, Jang-Ho Kim and Richard Hackenberg. Likewise for the countless hours of training for all those who don't even know that they are my teachers - my children, family, friends and yoga students - without any certificate, but with a lot of wisdom in their hearts. That is exactly what yoga is, and that is what I want to share with you.
