Yoga: Claudia Sanders – Yoga Lehrerin BDY

Nachdem ich viele Jahre der Meinung war, dass mein Körper immer mehr oder minder funktionieren wird, ohne etwas aktiv beizutragen, bin ich vor einigen Jahren jäh aus diesem Traum erwacht und hatte monatelang aufgrund eines Bandscheibenvorfalls Beschwerden. So kam ich zu meiner Yogalehrer-Ausbildung, weil ich nicht auf Hilfe von außen angewiesen sein, sondern meinen Körper selbst in die Hand nehmen wollte. In dieser zweijährigen (730 UE) Ausbildung habe ich durch das Kennenlernen der Yogaphilosophie und Meditation eine neue Perspektive auf das Leben entdecken dürfen.

Ich möchte den Yogapraktizierenden die Leichtigkeit am Yoga, den Spaß an der Bewegung vermitteln und sie selbst mit ihrem Können überraschen. Ich möchte in meinen Stunden das Gefühl vermitteln von „da wo du jetzt bist, ist es genau richtig“ und möchte besonders die abholen, die sich weniger zutrauen. Frei nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss. Ich lege Wert auf eine gute Mischung von Rückenschonung, Kraft und Mobilität. Einatmen „lass“, ausatmen „los“ und setze mir zum Ziel, dass meine Schüler mehr Körperbewusstsein und mehr Selbsterkenntnis bekommen und dadurch mehr innere Ruhe sowie einen flexibleren Geist im Alltag. Im Dezember 2017 habe ich eine Zusatzausbildung zur YinYoga Lehrerin abgeschlossen. - Claudia Sanders
