Together - Saha - with you, we want to develop and expand your yoga and Qi in our lessons. Our varied and tried and tested Hatha yoga program is characterized by asanas (physical exercises). But the other yoga paths also have their place. Together with our experienced teachers you can find and deepen your path for yourself.

I started yoga in 2011 to compensate for high physical and psychological stress. The adventurous and exhilarating journey into the world of yoga led me to complete a 2-year yoga teacher training course lasting over 700 hours from 2015 to 2017. I began teaching successfully during my training. In addition to my personal, intensive yoga practice, it gives me great pleasure to accompany you on your path to Hathayoga and to be able to share the impressive and positive effects and experiences with you. It is important to me to have varied and personal practice in order to enable you to experience the tried and tested effects of yoga practice. In my classes, powerful, stretch-promoting and harmonizing elements alternate in order to reliably address all aspects of the body and mind and bring them into harmony.
