In my yoga classes, I want to create a place for you that invites you to be who you are. Find a place here where you can be at home. I invite you to discover your yoga.
I would translate my yoga style as Sakalya, which means holistic. The yoga classes have a harmonizing, healing effect and focus on mindfulness and inner experience. Thousands of years of yogic knowledge is combined with modern scientific findings in yoga therapy.
For everyone who wants more lightness and strength, as well as flexibility and power. Areas from Yin Yoga are incorporated into the lessons; fascial tissue (connective tissue) is worked on and adhesions are loosened through prolonged holding and special exercises. The reference to the meridians in the body is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
The yoga path is a faithful companion that helps you out of valleys, accompanies you over mountains and always leads you back to yourself. You learn to perceive yourself better, to reflect on your strengths and to recognize opportunities.
