Description yoga

Yoga stands for connection, the unity between body, mind and soul. In the beginners course you will learn the basic positions to make the body flexible and mobile, relieve back pain and relax in mind and body. 10 hours of 90 minutes each. Course days: Mondays 5:30 p.m. or Fridays. 11:30 a.m
There are other courses in the studio for people who already have yoga experience.
